The basis of my remarks has been totally known, actual, observed, empirical, facts.

ROTFLMAO!! Oh no!! More Rayian Empirical FACTS...

Kind of like these Empirical FACTS???

Wrong. Sirius's original planning called for about 133 repeaters. They are now more than twice that and counting.

But, of course, after I whipped out the SEC statements that proved that you had NO IDEA what in the heck you were talking about.. You rescinded you comments and stated..

Okay, they have 130. It doesn't matter.

siliconinvestor.com

What do you mean it doesn't matter?? You stated as an Empirical FACT that SIRIUS are "now more than twice that and counting".

But, in reality, it was not a Empirical FACT. It was your OPINION, that was highly inaccurate. (Which is not an uncommon event)

So, your comment was either born from ignorance, and you were simply making stuff up because it sounded good. (Which you have a rather long history of doing) OR, you knew the correct information, but chose to present highly inaccurate information and claim they are Empirical FACTS, in hopes of attempting to prop up your faltering case.

Which one was it David??

Either one, one this is Empirically Clear.. That when David Ray says something is an Empirical FACT. It doesn't actually mean that it is a FACT.. It simply means that it is Mr. Rays OPINION that he has presented as an Empirical FACT.

And so it goes,
