The guy behind me had a big wooden play structure, under it was a sand pit, and around that was washed river rock. I had a big dog that stayed in his yard, but intimidated the neighbor kids. My neighbor became less interested in talking to me after I politely handed a double handful of river rocks over the fence and asked if he wanted them back.
