This post references PLNI's press release blaming the naked shorts. "We have all worked extremely hard to build a strong company. I will not allow short sellers and market manipulators to destroy the value we have created," stated Jim Turek, Plasticon CEO. Bwahahahahahahaha! The US Trustee just laid out a case for fraud against Turek that will land the guy in jail. But I'm sure the question on Patchie's mind is: will this be a deterrent to others who might seek to use naked shorting as an excuse? To which I will reply in advance: I hope so... but for most companies it's already too late. If you were a moth that couldn't keep from flying into the artificial light, consider yourself already zapped. - Jeff
