Probably. However things and people change. Who woulda thunk Bush, who campaigned as a conservative, would be spending our money like a drunken sailor and trying to "nation build" in the worst possible place - a place where even his daddy took a pass... The present administration is the problem. I'm not saying I would never vote Republican, but it's unthinkable at the moment. If you think they are incompetent fools than realize that any expansion of government that you support is an expansion in their power either now, or if they lose their majority position, when they get it back.
