If he is going to use his recommendations to clients a weapon to strike back at Richard Kinder, how do I know he's not using his other recommendations for some petty personal reasons? P.S. I see now where you get the Berry Petroleum thing. I used to post the Goldman Sachs investment notes on Berry Petroleum Message 22438737 before Goldman changed their software making it harder for me to extract the text from their reports and share them with the board.
