Yawn....who cares who said it? You are still convinced I am a democrat. I'm not. I have voted for more republican presidents than democrats. I filled out my sample ballot yesterday and it was 60-40 democrat over republican (with a libertarian thrown in). I grew up on Goldwater/Miller.... What do you think a republican is, anyway? All the long-standing tenants of republican (read conservative) philosophy have been stripped away by this congress. The last straw for many of the libertarian wing of the republican party was the travesty surrounding Terry Schaivo. Yes, let's pass laws to interfere in the relationship between Husband and Wife. Let's take on judges who carry out the rule of law. Let's let senators watch videotapes and make diagnoses from afar.... What a sad day...and don't tell me "someone had to watch out for Terry Schaivo".. ..Her husband and the courts had watched out for her.
