Very good post ! I would only add that when it comes to Pig Men, mortgage crookers and flipper estate agents, GSE shufflers and GS pit bosses,not only their activities do not add any value to society, they actually act as parasites on the economy, siphoning off wealth and lowering everybody else's standard of living , first, through promoting and benefiting from housing inflation and then through monetary inflation as the Fed prints money to bail them out, devaluing society's hard work and savings in the process.
