Hey Ray

That rub sounds really good. I'll have to try it. Ribs I've been using a sparingly mix of Kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, dried garlic powder and a little Cajun seasoning. I cover them with a good olive oil then rub, let sit about an hour then grill according to thickness.

Beef ribs, I'm still experimenting with, but like the mix available labeled Santa Maria style BBQ rub. The Reggetti family down in Santa Maria came up with it a few years back, now you can get it at Costco..guess the ranching biz was'nt enough for them. LOL

Hi Ray. I've been living in a whirlwind of late, not getting to SI very often, letting my snail mail stack up, etc. Haven't even had time to examine many charts, so I'm not up on what looks good or bad.

ALY never filled its gap. I remember looking at it right around 13 and change, thinking that the fundies were good enough to justify buying it back, but sat on my hands instead.

Take care.
