King George II was right though, with the fly-paper theory for Al Qaeda Islamic Jihadists. He just didn't expect such a swarm of them, or for them to be so successful.

Perhaps he could pull out of populated areas and set up a battlefield zone where innocents would be less numerous than downtown Baghdad. I suggest Armageddon, which is in the area, so it wouldn't involve either party having to do a relocation to somewhere difficult such as Antarctica or Kansas, where the Al Qaedans would have trouble fielding their side.

He could declare that to be Crusader territory and taunt Islamic Jihad who would fall on the enemy to throw them out.
