Nobody has ever deserved impeachment more than Bush. But democrats would be wise to let Bush stay in the White House. Just so long as none of his corruption is allowed funding. Because to let Bush walk away and replace himself with someone with a clean record would be too big a gift for the GOP, which deserves about 8-10 years to regroup and cleanse itself of all the vermin who have infested it. Also, while Bush may not be impeached, these characters need to go to prison; Cheney, Rove, Delay, Duncan Hunter, Jerry Lewis, Scooter Libby, Grover Norquist, Ralph Reed and Bob Ney, those ones at the very least. They are all already proven guilty of high crimes against the American People.
