CDMA sales would go down for a start. There might be other drawbacks too, though I can't think of any off-hand. Good for him. He stupidly probably thinks that if they have more people, they'll just take over the rest of the world. Maybe he didn't notice that there are rivers, mountains, ice-fields and oceans blocking the way for convenient migration [against the wishes of the local yokels who might even resist said occupation - occupations aren't always welcomed by young virgin women with leis and ululation, as the young local blokes sometimes get grumpy about it.
