Searching for Pharaoh I stumbled upon an interesting item to me. hungrytigerpress.com An Evening with Eloise McGraw Royal Historian of Oz LOL... Husband's Great Uncle illustrated the latest of Baum's books while he was alive. John R. Neill. After Baum died he purchased the copyright. That's all of the history I know... looks like that copyright has done fled dah coop ;) Pharaoh: fetchbook.info Our city library which is extensive has two copies. One might be able to do a library search or request and come up with it 'just to read'. Owning it 'just to read' is a bit pricey tho one could afterwards place it on ebay :)

Thanks. Lindy Bill got me restarted on Wilbur Smith by recommending Sunbird, which is one I haven't read. I'll check your recommendations out when I'm finished.
