Ne meither.....but as O-S says, the SEC is understaffed, and maybe just maybe slacking off..

So, why did Parcells not play Bledsoe?

On a sadder note, my Hawks are a hurtin'. Hasselback out 3 weeks with MCL sprain, Alexander's foot still mending....but, then, the Steelers are really feeling the Super Bowl winner's curse....

Great posts here today, PurlGurl, SI Bob, and all of youse guys!

RE: Out Of Context, by Tex

My goat roping manure kicking friend, Tex, comments,

"today was *MY* pick for either the SEC suspension or
the NASD halt."

Be patient. I firmly believe this will happen, in the
future. There is zero doubt in my mind the SEC is
effecting an investigation. You know how long those
investigations last; half a year, a year.

Tex, taking off his cowboy hat and slipping on his
baseball cap, using no hands, sighs,

"I also hoped the 'Boys would beat the Giants."

My personal favorite team is the Brooklyn Dodgers.

Taking his baseball cap off, Tex scratches his head,
wonders if I am joking or what, shrugs then comments,

"can not understand how this play is still moving"

"Never give a sucker an even break."
- W.C. Fields

Lots and lots of suckers out there, yes?

This CSHD is a sucker driven stock which is ok
by me. I make good profits off suckers. Reads
to be unethical. However, this is justified
because people like me are not out there working
at scamming others. Quite the opposite, we are
warning people about loss of money. They do not
listen, we flip money right out of their pockets
and do so, playing fair and square.

Suckers are great. Suckers are a source of profits.

Tex, you are setting yourself up for banishment.
Elsewhere readers are intensely watching this board.
Banishment might be just what you need. =)

RE: Trading Halt, by Tex

Tex, predicting a trading halt as many of us have,

"...today was *MY* pick for either the SEC suspension or the NASD halt."

You missed by one day! You win our bet. I will send
you one-hundred shares of Enron as payment.

I did not expect the SEC to act this quickly. My expectation
was in another ten to twenty days.

You have not lost your touch for calling these scam plays.

Good that I made a lot of money being a paid basher
while I could. Shoot, boy, I cleared a good fifty
bucks bashing this CSHD stock.

Allstocks people, "I told you so."

Now what will you do? You cannot trade your shares,
some are stuck with paper certificates and when
this suspension is over, CSHD will, most likely,
instantly crash to near sub-penny share prices.

You were warned, repeatedly warned.

What did you do? You had me banished to shut me up.
