i'm not sure his fan club got the message, though Indeed, the fan club did NOT get the message simply because they did not want to hear it. He was asked by someone at a conference earlier this year "Is there a housing bubble?" His response was "I sure hope so. Bubbles burst and when they do you can pick up assets on the cheap". The person asking that question (and many others too) got really pissed off. He received a lot of flack emails over it. Mish
