I don't think that is possible. I guess if that's what people want to try, and it makes folks feel better, I'm not going to scream about it- but I think it's a waste of men and money to do it with Americans in country. I don't think it's going to be "soft" no matter what we do. I honestly don't know which path is the best gamble for minimizing Iraqi casualties, but it's obvious we can minimize American ones by bringing Americans home, so we do that- and of course we'll save money too. So that's what I'm for.
