You need to read her thread header, Suma. It's supposedly all about "freedom of association", much like one should not post on Sioux Nation if they don't share the views of the thread head. IOW, Alan was banned because of perceived slights he posted elsewhere on SI, not for what he actually posted on that thread. I have only recently realized how important it is to read the thread header before one posts. The comments there are quite telling about the moderator and his or her, shall we say, proclivities.

She has me on ignore, so I can't PM her. My post may have been facetious or, as I prefer to think, humorous. She just doesn't want any conservatives on her thread, which is her prerogative as a threadhead. Edit - mph is correct in her assessment about my bannination. I've gotten over it, don't lose sleep over it any more. <ggg>
