Go to their website and find blatantly biased information. iava.org The fact of the matter is that on issues which are important to military people and their families, the Republicans have pretty uniformly voted against them. Which that table reflects. The VA has gone through several budget cuts through the years. Benefits have been cut. Since military bases are tax exempt, the military has traditionally given school districts close to bases money. Those funds have been cut. The list goes on.
