Re: 2 more rulings I`d say at least three. Rudi, then if Qualcomm wins, back to the Circuit Court of Appeals, then either back to Rudi or to Arbitration. Throw in a potential En Banc review of the 2 to 1 Circuit Court Opinion, and you get more.And, should Qualcomm lose before Rudi, that will return to the Circuit Court and/or for En Banc review of the standard imposed by the Circuit Court on remand. Bottom line? Nokia has likely delayed this case into mootness.
