Now Nokia will request that the ITC revisit the issue, which well may now be decided differently.

OK, I agree that NOK will definitely ask the ITC judge to revisit the issue [I would, too, if I were NOK], though I really wonder if the ITC judge will change his mind after saying that the chump defense is a product of lawyer argument and not factually supported. He may have already found "wholly groundless", just didn't say so in those terms.

We'll see.
