"Now you tell me. Hidden agenda?"

I dunno. You did a fair amount of cherry picking to come up with your examples. There were a lot more, and they don't seem at all obscure.

Lke this one.

Motion To Table Stabenow AMDT. No. 1823; Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Iraq and Afghanistan Security and Reconstruction Act, 2004
On the Motion to Table
10/14/2003 -- Reid (for Stabenow) Amendment No. 1823, to provide emergency relief for veterans healthcare, school construction, healthcare and transportation needs in the United States, and to create 95,000 new jobs. (By 59 yeas to 35 nays (Vote No. 379), Senate tabled the amendment.)
Bill Number: S.1689

Or this one

Motion To Table Reed Amdt. No. 1834; Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Iraq and Afghanistan Security and Reconstruction Act, 2004
On the Motion to Table
10/15/2003 -- Reed/Hagel Amendment No. 1834, to increase the end strength of the Army and to structure the additional forces for constabulary duty. (By 45 yeas to 52 nays (Vote No. 382), Senate failed to table the amendment.)
Bill Number: S.1689

Clearly, you have made up your mind that they are secretly funded by Soros, so...

Most of the Congressional votes that IAVA took a position on seem to be obscure, but here's one that the IAVA opposed, but passed anyway:

Sounds like a good amendment, no? Then I took a look at who voted for it and against it. Lo and behold, the only states that voted against it were "blue states," including NY, Mass, and CA.

No Dem got an A+. I think the best score was an A- That would suggest that the Dems did not vote IAVA's way every time.
