Elmat says? Let me translate what I wrote: You don't nuke this or nuke that as most people think. If you are out with an aircraft carrier you should not feel safe thinking that there's a guarantee that no one is going to have a go at you because the other guy will be deterred by the fear of nuke retaliation will follow if he send your USD1billion aircraft carrier down with a USD1million missile. The only guarantee you have are your defense envelope.
