Yes, because the reality of the disease is what you see when they are not on medication. My point is that they cannot stay on medication 24/7 as it becomes a constant battle between the side effects, quality of life and how long the drugs will be effective. The reality of, say, paranoid schizophrenia can be many visible signs but you would not run somebody out in front of the media who is on an antipsychotic medication when you are trying to show an audience what you are trying to CURE. Medications can be effective on the symptoms of the disease but they are not a cure.
