cider vinegar is an absolute must in any mop sauce IMO(at least in SC). I'll check the ingredients on the corky's rub bottle and see what's in it. One of my very favorite bbq sauces is Maurices ( Maurice Bessinger). Use to be able to buy it everywhere down south, unfortunetly due to Maurices wicked ways, it was removed from many. Can still get it, have to order direct, I have a couple of half gallons stashed, like fine wine<lol>.. the sad story lewrockwell.com but have to have my sauce, it is a mustard base mauricesbbq.com This was big news down south, look at the number of hits google.com
