Anything else look interesting as we head into the holiday season? It seems that there is always something that looks interesting.<g> Today RDY is having a spike after announcing good results for it 2ndQ with 193% improvement on earnings & more than 300% improvement on revenues. It seems it shouldn't have any problems in retesting its May H at 19 in spite of high PE & significant LTD.It has not closed today's upgap & the short interest around 11x the daily volume had increased 30% in the last month.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com INGN had a nice uptick at 11.20AM & is staying on its recent uptrend. It seems it should be able to test the resistance from the $5 to $5.05 level. bigcharts.marketwatch.com As the Year end approaches, it is sometimes a good time to consider some "bottom fishing", albeit that's always very speculative, but sometimes can be substantially rewarding.<g> Keep an eye on PRCS which seems to have support around $2 in spite of its poor revenues & large loss.The insiders reportedly hold more than 10% & it sells around 0.5x BV. VRTX is another one with a good upgap today after the news that the combination therapy with telaprevir & pegylated interferon suppressed both wild-type and resistant HCV. biz.yahoo.com That was in spite of its expected larger loss.<g> It has a good amount of resistance at is March H & it seems that there is a good chance it will close the upgap. INGN is having some intermittent 10Ks upticks today (none of which has been mine <g>) & the stock is now trading above the $4.50 level. bigcharts.marketwatch.com The short position which was around 50x the average daily volume came down about 15% in the last month, but it still is around 49x the DV.<g> Revenues on the 3rdQ were up 83% (& more so on a sequential basis) to erase the revenue deficit of the first 2Qs.The loss was also trimmed for 2ndQ on a roll.<g> Not taking into account the Nov.20 spike, the stock is now starting to get off from its nearterm downtrend coming from its Nov.1 H of 5.20 bigcharts.marketwatch.com The one "analyst" that has been following the stock apparently keeps his "target" around $11, but that could be a little optimistic.<g> finance.yahoo.com bigcharts.marketwatch.com OOPs, I shouldn't have mentioned this.<g> (the shorts got the price back below the 4.50 level on a 4Ks downtick as I was writting.)
