Actually, except for Florida, democrats no longer need to focus on the deep south. Virginia has gotten a lot more moderate and that's definitely in play now. The midwest is really going strong for DEms now because Bush has ignored their economic woes and BS'ed them for so long. Colorado is looking strong for DEms. Ariuzon and Nevada better and better and even montana is turning a little blue. And btw, they can win Florida, especially with Jeb Bush's political cheating machine out of the way.
