I just wanted to publicly thank President Bush for making Exxon more wealthy. Because in trying times:
* when the the every day worker has to shoulder an increased burden of high oil prices,
* when terrorists receive all the funding they need from their oil rich sponsors,
* when climate change caused by greenhouse gases is obvious to all but the biggest idiots

...well, during these times you just have to thank the folks who figure out how to make money hand over fist in flagrant disregard of all the evidence that it is hurting our country.

Thank you George Bush for being so blind to what everyone else sees and thank you Exxon for being the greatest example of what is wrong with America. I hope you both rot in Hell.

Exxon makes $10.5B, a near-record quarter
Soundly beats Wall Street estimates and posts the second highest quarterly profit ever for a U.S. company.
