Are we beyond collapse? China can order 500 locomotives and 150 Airbuses Planes and keep Europe afloat. All sites are already built for 3G. They just need a piece of spectrum from the government and bang the BTS and the core and is another way to keep companies' head above water. China is now -in a much bigger scale and for whole continents- what the US did for one small country here and there during their prime. US could give some preferences to import a few textile or some tons of bananas or sugar to keep countries afloat. China is doing that for whole continents!!! Oh, by the way: MSCI index goes above March 27th 2000.
