Racism is often all in the nuance. "Mafia murderers" is the truth. "Italian Mafia murderers" is also the truth but there is the hint that we need to identify them as Italians. "Zionist bad influence on US policy" is the truth. "Jewish bad influence on US policy" must be the truth also since the first is the truth but there is the distinct hint that "Jews are all bad". ditto for your words about Chinese murderous cruelty. The implication is that murderous cruelty goes with being Chinese. "But that's not what I said!" True but it is in the nuance if you are sensitive enough to perceive it.
