My wife complains about a murderer who killed several nurses in a massacre many years ago. His victims' families have to appear in court every time he comes up for parole to make sure he stays behind bars.

I see no reason for that to be inflicted on them periodically.

Isn't it a shame that it takes SO long?

What he did was so horrific, he should have been executed the day he admitted guilt.
