When I was a teen the family cars were a Cadillac and a Pontiac Catalina convertible with a 427 engine. The Catalina was sweet.

My Infiniti isn't exactly a downgrade from a 30 year old Lincoln Town Car, in many ways it isn't from a current Lincoln town car. I have about 60 more HP and a lot less weight. As for houses the average house today is larger, and fancier, than the average house 30 years ago. My house isn't very big but then it was built in 1981.
