FYI a lot the insurgency is remnants of Saddam's baathist party and Army - so maybe its a bit premature to claim victory because they are still killing American soldiers at a good pace. Rum-dum and Bush assumed a bunch of Muslims living in the Middle East were just waiting to take on Christian American values that's why they thought everyone would throw flowers as the tanks rolled through Baghdad. Muslims want to be Americans - how dumb is that?
