Frankly, that is too simple a response...there are many manufacturing jobs that we INCENT to leave our shores...we provide government support to dump them instead of keeping them...

I refuse to accept the idea that because China can build a car (or a bike, or a machine tool, or a computer) more cheaply, that we should accept as a matter of U.S. Policy, that they should not only do so, but we should help them do so through policy or tax policy.
