Ok...very few public programs. Look at it this way, my company provides me with health insurance. In fact they even cover my wife and my kids. So do we say the company is running social public programs? Or that the company really cares for its workers? (I assure you they do not!) Or is it more accurate that the company figured without the benefits they are providing they would have a hard time keeping their employees content?
