I am not sure there is much here to salvage given the constraints of the real world. With TPA's product position, looks like most of the new agents are being looked at beyond the 3 hr window which is like going to bat with 1 or 3 strikes to start. Beyond that it would be nice to think the system would use the potential of TPA. But even that simple wish is not well fulfilled. Stroke patients should know what they want and how to get it. I guess more and more that is the case in health care. But tomorrow is another day. :)
