hello all it sure has been a tough haul on this one eh folks??.....but once again in spite of all the warts and the miscues in communication, the valuations of this company will one day make us laugh at what we are going through here at the moment?? i concurr with HotnSpicy's thoughts regarding the CC, just not enough clarity for the market to absorb all of this, well IMHO about as clear as mud?? they have a lot of costs ahead of them, and they will need more cash, even if they were to run this up to get "Scions" wrts exercised they will still need more cash?? ( gee won't it be nice when they do decide to run this up for Scion??)............as you can bet it will be over $2.25/share as they need this to cause the exercise trigger?? makes one wonder if somehow Scion is accumalating via one of their accounts as they are a hedge institution, my bets say they have been, and the shares they get today will also help to pay for the wrts to be exercised?? Scion if we recall got into Century for their Peruvian plays, and they have committed for the long term, so i'm certain that this company has the ways to raise more cash when the need is there, but unfortunately for us share holders we have to be the pawns in all of this?? it is ugly and possibly could even more ugly, but for those who have the fortitude to prevail through all of this we will be handsomely rewarded?? and on another note, for anyone who does not have the stomach for the deal making that Peggy has done and will be doing going forward then maybe they should contemplate looking elsewhere as this comany is not going to alter their aggressive growth plans?? she said it in the cc that they are looking at three deals a day now?? my call is there wil be at least three more deals consumated within the next year including the complete package for Podarosa?? quite some time ago on SH, i made a post that many scoffed at, and i gave CMM a valuation of about $17.00/sh with about 375 million shares O/S?? this is what this company will most likely look like when it is producing one million ounces/year?? dilution for the solution??...... believe it or not this company needs more of it, so when they do get on the "TSX"?? there will be plenty of liquidity for the much vaunted and of course courted institutions that require such?? more later?? tanoose
