SD, I always read your posts, like to see some here also. What about today.............Gold up, Dollar down big, Dow up. HUI should have been up at least 10 points ?? Unless there was some neg news on major HUI jrs. My jrs up but they are small jrs and lag couple days. I think we need to push thru 607-610 POG and get another leg underway, or at least retrace to 340 HUI minimum. This is a critical spot. USD down almost 1c more would do it IMO. On other hand the damm thing could well break upside outa da triangle.

SD 5 pieces of bad economic news coming/or already here (a) Walmart sales ... downward (b) Revised USA GDP .... downward (c) Housing death spiral finally gaining the traction I've been waiting for (foreclosures/bankruptcy/etc) (d) opinion ... don't care what they WRITE/TALK ... the Fed has to lower interest rates ... and sooner vs later and this will be against an inflationary backdrop .. (e) the kicker will be how China/Asia move out of the dollar regards, John
