Re: GLW/Vernon

GLW will probalby move high because of expected contiued growth of TFT-LCD industry. But our selection model excludes it for consideration for the following reasons:

1. Operating Cash Flow (ttm): 2.02B
Levered Free Cash Flow (ttm): -137.75M

To have favorable winning probabilities, we tend to exclude companies with negative valuation matrices.

2. GLW is not priced near its 52wk high-low range.

I have followed this stock for a long time. It is in Plasma TV
Glass and Fiber Optic cables, two field that are having
high growth. To be on the safe side, yesterday I sold short
GLWQW (PUT 17.5 May 2007) for 90 cents. I would not mind
owing this stock at $16.60 in May.
