Ya, many people have wondered that. I don't subscribe to consparicy theories, so I am reluctant to post this link, except for the facts it contains that show how utterly incompetent he has been what great penchant for secrecy this administration has...btw, my lack of belief in conspiracy theories does not mean the administration has told us all that we should know.
