Took a position in mutual conversion HBNK. Small, bank in the MA hinterland. Roughly 8 million shares out, 101.7M$ equity or 12.7$/share. Currently trading for 10.2$. Last quarter earnings 0.09$/share and 0.03$ dividend.

HBNK is a full conversion meaning there is no holding company (MHC)that holds most of the shares. Full conversions used to trade at a premium, rare to see one trading at par. i bought some today and think it can trade at 13$ within 18month.
