- My read is that at this point, IPT already has plenty of ore to keep them going for years, but to unlock the full value of the shares they need to prove up those reserves to 43-101 standards.

I agree.. no resources & reserves = low market cap.

Good post on IPT. Another thing that they have going for them that you didn't mention is that the majority owner of IPT is a drilling company. So not only will they have no problem getting exploration equipment, but they also have the in-house expertise. Furthermore, they specialise in portable drills -- which strikes me as ideal in this sort of terraine. Also possibly for easy access to underground drilling from old adits.

Meanwhile their cash flow is going to fund all exploration costs -- so little dilution of an already tightly-held float. JMHO.
