I don't remember there was a fuss over Lynne Cheney's book. In an interview with her the moderator asked if she wrote children's books because she wanted to stay out of her husband's way. She said no, she wrote children's books because she had grandchildren and loved children. It will probably lose Webb a few votes, but people should do their own thinking and not make a case out of fiction.
