One of Tara's partners, Paramount Gold, just moved up to otc listing today. They filed their last updated 10K and are in SEC compliance. Now listed as pgdp.ob. They haven't released a PR to advertise it so minimal market reaction. Expect this will help them over time. They are still drilling extensively, trying to define what they have in the San Miguel group of properties.

Hopefully Tara will join Paramount by year end. Pink sheet listing was pretty good for Paramount because they found a lot of interest in Europe and apparently the German investors didn't care as much about the otc listing. Paramount is around 2.13 but was as high as $4 early 2006 based on the San Miguel property.
