Yes, George Soros enclosed a note with my last check where he said Hillary would be changing the Dept. of Defense to the Dept. of Peace, with the new mission of keeping America at peace with every country on Earth. We can buy back all that Chinese debt with our used aircraft carrier battle groups and nuclear submarines.
