Depending on what you mean by "willing" and "no force of arms" and "re-colonize" and "not explicitly permitted" and "few intervening years", you might well be right. There's also a question over "peaceful". A NZ "peace activist" "pacifist" was convicted of a serious assault in London recently, leaving his victim brain damaged. There was a "No racists" peace activist counter demonstration to "The National Front" in NZ recently and they seemed very nasty, aggressive and violent. Not to mention stupid. Mqurice
