If any votes were stolen there isn't any good reason to think more of them where shifted to Bush than were shifted to Gore or Kerry.

In addition to whatever votes might have been fraudulently cast, recognised, or modified, there's also the votes that Bush lost in the FL panhandle because the networks called the state for Gore before the panhandle votes were all cast. That wasn't actually election fraud but it did unfairly distort the vote count in FL, and considering how close FL was it could potentially have been important.

A consortium of newspapers reviewed the 2000 FL vote and determined your claim of a stolen election is bogus.

I think election fraud in Milwaukee in 2004 cost Bush Wisconsin's electoral votes.
