I spent the last two days at the peak oil conference in Boston (ASPO-USA). My takeaway is that even energy-focused investors are not aware of the uranium sector to any significant degree. I spoke to a few private investors and hedge fund people and nobody was aware of the Cigar Lake incident. Livermore was said to have benefited by the market's delayed response to the San Francisco earthquake, I think there may be a similar opportunity here.
