Isn’t this long overdue? Treatment ended before labor day.
Forman always promised the results in October - beginning with his opening coverage report on 6/30 - never specifying when exactly. Same for ThinkEquity which told October in mid-July update. As the next week begins 10/30, even if they release the data on Friday 11/3 it is still technically the last week of October...
I don't believe the company is sitting on the results - historically, it was always too leaky for that, and unless one is an inside trader (which Goldberg is not - he lost about $1MM of real money off heparin results in 2002) there is no conceivable advantage from disclosing the data a week or 2 late - whether it is good or bad.
