knowledge of English is a req. The citizenship test is in English - parts of it are verbal and parts written.

EDIT: Once u pass the tests and go for the Naturalization Ceremony, the Oath of Allegiance is in English.

Isn't THAT a good question WR....Maybe we should all check and see how many voters in our areas are over 50 years old....

IF all the people are voting, are really Citizens of the US OR Naturalized Citizens, when why do we need multi-lingual ballots...

Indeed. Some of us have been asking that question for years. Kumar may just have given us the heads up we need....
