No Mecca would probably be 7th or 8th on the list. Iran would get the first of the US nuclear strikes followed by North Korea. Israel would strike lebanon and Syria, followed in short order by conventional bombing in Gaza and the rest of Palestine. I think Mecca would only be hit when the Saudi Government is hit, probably on the same strike that Iran makes on the US and Israel.
