Most people hate to set down in the little room and deal with the salesman. And his T/O man. No matter what happens, they feel that they got taken. I don't blame them. I made my way though college selling used cars. We really put people though the wringer.

<<Last time I got a new car I used an auto broker. It was a similar process. I decided what car I wanted, and he found it for me. I paid a $300 fee to the broker who arranged everything. Very stress free buying experience.>>

When I bought my Jeep I made 4 trips to the dealer, last one lasting 7 hours. Lots of free coffee and doughnuts and a decent deal just to get me out of there.
